I'm so excited that you're creating something for me! I know I ramble a lot in my letter, but it's meant to be an inspiration more than anything. Feel free to ignore anything but my DNWs and requested tags.
I'm Rebecca on AO3.
Btw, I'm open to receiving canon-blind art fills and I've listed a couple of references. If you are looking specifically for long hair, there's Delenn and Susan Ivanova, Jack Sparrow, and Winnetou.
I don't have any triggers and I am very hard to squick. There are just a few things I do not want to read about:
- death of main canon characters
- giving main canon characters terminal illnesses or unrecoverable injuries
- giving main canon characters mental illnesses or trauma
- gender identity headcanons for main canon characters
- rape/non-con involving main canon characters (dubcon is fine)
- requested characters cheating on anyone (simply not mentioning canon partners is fine)
- open relationships or poly involving requested characters (simply not mentioning canon partners is fine)
- settings AU, e.g. vampires, coffee shop, different time period, A/B/O, soulmate AUs, ... (canon divergence/altering or ignoring canon events is fine)

Forearms Covered In Hair: Poirot is always so extremely fastidious with his hair and facial hair (he even trims his eyebrows!) and we almost never see him showing any kind of skin beyond face and hands. We do sometimes see a bit of hair peaking out from under his cuffs, so I'd love Hastings to be fascinated by that—the mystery/fantasy of what may lay underneath? The juxtaposition of that with Poirot's otherwise neatly trimmed appearance? Maybe a rare occasion where Poirot uncovers his forearm(s) and the unexpectedness of seeing skin and so much hair? Staring and not being able to look away, wanting to touch?
Realizing Character Has A Lot of Body Hair Leads to Oh No They’re Hot: This is very similar to the above tag. With chest hair maybe, peaking out when a top shirt button is undone?
Giving a haircut: I can't imagine Poirot letting anyone except a trusted hairdresser cut his hair, but Poirot cutting Hastings's hair could definitely be a thing. Maybe Poirot is annoyed with some stray strand of hair and wants to fix it immediately? Poirot might actually be really good at it. The unexpected intimacy leading to realisation of feelings? Hastings finding excuses to keep letting Poirot cut his hair?
Injured Character - Needs help shaving: I can imagine this going both ways. With Poirot on the receiving end, he would probably nettle Hastings all the way through to not ruin his moustache and DON'T GET ANYWHERE NEAR!, while Hastings on the receiving end would probably be more embarrassed about the intimacy and helplessness of it. Either way, I'd love to see them coming to (secretly) enjoy the trust and intimacy, maybe leading to realisation of feelings?
Seeing someone's bed hair for the first time: Either after their first night together, or pre-relationship when they run into each other during the night at one of their outings? In the first case, enjoying seeing the other in such a relaxed, private moment, the reality of being in a new relationship sinking in, ...? In the latter case, yearning for that closeness, being hit by how much they want it? Seeing how Poirot's appearance is usually so immaculate, I'm especially curious how his bed hair looks like. Does he have a bed moustache? Maybe he hates it and Hastings convinces him not to immediately jump out of bed and get dressed?
Being annoyed at someone's fastidious hair routine but secretly liking it: I like the idea that although Hastings pretends to be annoyed and embarrassed by Poirot's meticulous hair and moustache care (Poirot even trims his eyebrows!), he secretly sort of likes it anyway. Maybe he likes watching Poirot's hair/moustache routine, maybe he likes looking at the result? Or maybe he gets protective when other people remark negatively on it, or maybe he secretly pays attention to Poirot's elaborations and surprises him with buying just the right moustache wax or something along those lines?
Requested Media: Art & Fic
The care and maintenance of silly moustaches: Poirot elaborating in great detail about his moustache care regiment, his opinions on how a proper moustache should look like, his opinions on what Japp's' moustache should look like...? Japp's annoyed/fond thoughts about wth Poirot cares so much and isn't that weird? If Hastings is present, maybe he and Japp exchange long-suffering looks and commiserate behind his back, or maybe when Japp voices some negative opinion on Poirot's moustache and the care thereof, Hastings gets unexpectedly protective or realises how much he likes Poirot and his moustache exactly like they are? This is maybe not so much of a visual prompt, but for art, something like Poirot poking Japp's moustache to demonstrate his point would work for me, or Poirot meticulously waxing his moustache in front of his tiny pocket mirror while Japp and Hastings roll their eyes in the background, or whatever you can think of. :D
Hairless Character A Fascinated By Character B's Hair: We know that G'Kar has slept with human and Centauri women in the past, but maybe this is G'Kar's first time seeing body hair? Is he surprised when the shirts come off the first time? Maybe with his unbridled curiosity and lack of care for Centauri social norms, he tries out what he can do with it? Running fingers through it, licking it, pulling it, asking strange questions about it, something else completely weird? And maybe Londo is part WTF, part "OUCH DON'T PULL!", but mostly very much turned on by the attention?
Seeing someone's bed hair for the first time: I imagine male Centauri bed hair can look pretty wild, and with G'Kar not particularly used to bed hair being a thing, he'd probably laugh his ass off. Then maybe find it (secretly) a little endearing. And then maybe find ways to mollify Londo's hurt pride. :D
Injured Character - Needs help shaving: (Do Centauri even need to shave? Let's pretend they do.) So many possibilities: Could be set during a time when Londo isn't quite sure yet how far he can trust G'Kar, or where he at least can't trust G'Kar to be particularly gentle, OR maybe he can trust G'Kar's intentions but G'Kar doesn't know the first thing about shaving and has to learn it as he goes... Imagine all the bickering while Londo tries to talk him through it! Potential character moments about how much Londo can or can't trust G'Kar, but how he can't trust many other people either? Both of them being unexpectedly turned on by the situation? Could lead into the next tag...
Shaving Bordering on Knifeplay: Might evolve from the tag above? In any way, I love the idea of their animosity and pent-up frustration with each other leading to angry sex/hate sex/rough sex, and shaving fits in so well: G'Kar maybe not caring to be gentle, handling Londo a little roughly,, accidentally drawing a bit of blood, being turned on by the power he holds over Londo in that moment, and Londo in turn being turned on by facing that power and giving up control to someone he maybe isn't quite sure how far he can trust...
Character has their face shaved with a straight razor (by someone they have reason to distrust) Another variation of the above two tags. I'm not keen on G'Kar forcing the situation onto Londo against his will, but I'm open to all kinds of reasons that render Londo unable to do it himself and desperate for help, or all kinds of outward circumstances (aliens, baddies, rituals, magic, ...) forcing both of them in whatever way.

I would honestly love both ship fic or close friendship!
helping someone who is new to long hair take care of it: Well, it's canon that Susan helps Delenn with her newly acquired hair. :D I really love that scene and would love to see more of it! I imagine Delenn must have all kinds of questions, seeing how she was probably entirely hairless before. Taking in all the new sensations that come with washing hair, brushing etc? Seeing Ivanova's hair through new eyes, maybe asking to touch it (for science!)? And Ivanova doesn't seem to be the person to be very much into hair care, or to have friends where this kind of conversation and activity is common, so maybe she discovers to her surprise how much she enjoys it? Mutual bonding, development of feelings...?
Brushing messy hair: See the tag above
Hair Brushing: See the tag above.
Hair Washing: See the tag above.
Helping character wash their hair: See the tag above.
Washing someone's hair: See the tag above.
One Character Washes Another’s Hair: See the tag above.
A grudgingly lets B do their hair; finds it surprisingly nice: Canonically it's Susan helping Delenn (though Delenn is more desperate then grudging), but what about the other way round? Maybe Delenn convinces her to let her return the favour? I love the idea that it's something she's never let anyone do since early childhood, or just didn't happen to have that sort of friendship/relationship with someone, but now she find it surprisingly nice. Could be a little awkward or funny since Delenn doesn't have any experience with hair, so maybe Delenn has to talk her through it, but it's nice nonetheless and Delenn is a fast learner? Maybe Delenn finds Susan's hair fascinating, not having much to compare it to and being able to examine it more closely and from different angles than her own hair... Art-wise, just seeing Delenn doing Susan's hair would make me very happy!
The Intimacy of Brushing/Braiding/Washing Another Person's Hair: See the above tags. I really love the idea of this being a new experience for both of them, and it slowly developing into more.
A is unexpectedly very good at styling hair; styles B's ornately; B wears it all day: I can imagine this going both ways. Susan not being that much into styling hair, but now that she's forced to deal with Delenn's mess finding out how much she likes doing it for her; but also Delenn picking up things very fast and trying her new-found knowledge on Susan with surprising results. And I wonder what other people's reactions would be to seeing the results, or what answers they would get (and for ship fic, whether that would be people's fist clue of things going on). I imagine seeing Susan suddenly with a new fancy hairstyle would be more surprising than Delenn... For art, pretty hair please? (Btw, I really love braids and buns and braided buns :D)
A Looks Up How To Do Fancy Hairstyles So Can Do B's Hair: Similar to the tag above. I can see it going both ways, too. I love the idea that the initial cry for help from Delenn has evolved into an activity that they both enjoy so much (be it with or without the development of additional feelings) that one (or both) of them would go so far as to research new hairstyles. I imagine it would be quite confusing for Delenn at first, with her possibly not knowing what half of the pins and tools and products are, maybe not even having proper terms for them in Minbari. And Susan has to adapt the hairstyles for the anatomy of Delenn's head ridge, maybe trying to research across several specie's hair styles and discovering interesting stuff that way? For art, pretty hair please? (Btw, I really love braids and buns and braided buns :D)
Keeping a Lock Of Hair As Romantic Reminder: The concept must be so new to Delenn. Does she find it weird at first? What about lockets and similar jewellery made from hair? For shippy fic/art, giving each other a lock or letting the other cut a lock? For gen, just learning and talking about this. (With Delenn keeping notes for future reference, hi Sheridan :D) Otherwise, all the feelings :D

Hating unkempt hair but secretly finding it hot on one specific person: Well. This speak for itself, I think. Norrington obviously finds Jack ridiculous and disgusting, at least on the surface, and I bet that includes his hair and beard too—but I like to think that somewhere deep within, he does find him hot, hair and all. Maybe he's going back and forth between "Is he going to give me lice" and wanting to touch his hair, feeling the unfamiliar texture, exploring the various trinkets...?
"What are you hiding in your hair?": Either figuratively, Norrington expressing his disdain for Jack's hair and the amount of trinkets in it, or literally: I wouldn't put it past Jack to have something useful in there for when he's in a tight situation. I'm sure Norrington can appreciate the usefulness of that if he and Jack are captured together (even if he'd hate to admit it). Or it gives him an excuse to thoroughly examine Jack's hair if he's the one holding Jack captive? :D
Tied in place by their hair: This seems like something that would happen to Jack, lol. Maybe Norrington finds Jack that way, maybe feeling a bit vindicated in his disdain for Jack's hair (maybe strangely unwilling to just cut Jack loose nonetheless?). I can't imagine it's something Norrington would do as long as he still has a way to hold him captive in a more proper way, but as a last resort when he's really desperate and Jack is being particularly annoying...?
Injured Character - Needs help shaving: It seems more likely that Jack would be the one doing the shaving—I can imagine he'd enjoy it and admit it, too, plus I can see Norrington being desperate for a shave to let Jack do it (and then coming around to enjoy Jack's touch?). The other way round—I think it would take a lot to make Norrington stoop down to shave Jack, and I'm not sure Jack would care enough to try make him (and maybe he's even afraid Norrington would rid him of his goatee as well?) but I'm willing to be convinced! Rituals, superstition, shave-or-die, ...
Character has their face shaved with a straight razor (by someone they have reason to distrust): Similar to the tag above. They both have reasons to distrust each other. I wouldn't say no to the adrenaline spilling over into arousal. :D
Keeping a Lock Of Hair As Romantic Reminder: I can't imagine Norrington willingly exchange locks of hair with Jack, but I can totally see Jack shoving a lock at him fully convinced of his own irresistibility while Norrington is all WTF or something like that. Maybe Norrington wants to throw it away at first and then somehow never does? Would one of Jack's dreads even fit a proper locket? And it's probably too recognisable for Norrington to get away wearing it openly, aww. (What if Elizabeth sees it?) (Also, with the PotC 'verse being what it is, I wouldn't be surprised if that lock turned out to have some sort of magic ability, with or without Jack's knowledge...) Or maybe Jack acquires ("acquires") a lock from Norrington somehow?
Seeing someone's usually covered hair for the first time: Sparrow's first time seeing Norrington's hair without a wig. How does he like it? Does he want to touch it, ruffle it, ...?
Requested Media: Art & Fic
Character Who Usually Hides Feelings Is Cursed So Their Hair Changes Color Like A Mood Ring: This could work for either Dean or Cas: Dean's the one more busy hiding his feelings and he'd be sooo embarrassed by the whole thing (and Sam would laugh at him through the whole thing). :DDD Maybe Cas is the first to figure out the meaning of the colours because something something angel? Or he doesn't notice because it fits how he sees Dean's soul anyway, and it's only Sam who finally gets a clue about Dean's feeling and needling him about it? Or if it's Cas, maybe he's broadcasting feelings he isn't aware of himself (or hasn't understood the full meaning)? Maybe Dean's teasing him about his ridiculous hair (until he figures out what it means, oops)?
Sexy Perma Bed Hair: Mmmmh, Castiel's season 4 hair, please! Dean being distracted by it? Wanting to run his hands through it? Imagining how it would look during/after sex (can it get any sex-hairier)? Cas not knowing why Dean stares at his hair so much? Trying to get an explanation out of an embarrassed Dean?
Hands In Hair While Kissing: This goes well with the tag above. :D
Treasure Trail: I love treasure trails, especially on characters whose torso is otherwise mostly smooth, just for the contrast. Accidentally getting a glimpse and not being able to stop staring/fantasising about it, the way it leads downwards. Lovingly petting it with fingers, following it the tongue. Dean seems more at risk accidentally exposing his belly and I love the idea of Cas being surprised that he finds such an unimportant/unexpected part of Dean's body so enticing. But otoh, I can imagine seeing Cas's exposed belly could be even more effective, seeing how covered up he usually is, and it could be fun if he caught Dean staring without realising what's so special about his belly? :D
Injured Character - Needs help shaving: This requires some form of depowered Cas or whatever. If Cas is the shavee—Dean not wanting to do it because he's hiding feelings, but not letting Sam do it either because that makes him jealous? Cas grumpy, neither being used to being injured nor used to shaving? Unexpected sensations? If Dean is the shavee, some extra fun/trust issues/bickering because Cas has never shaved before? (Hmmm, I guess actually Sam would be the person Dean turned to, but maybe Dean has pissed him off so badly that he refuses to keep shaving Dean or something?) Either way, secretly enjoying the forced intimacy and realisations of feelings (or finally acting on them)?
Requested Media: Art & Fic
Praising hair: Well, it's canon that Charley waxes poetically about Winnetou's hair in his diary and I love it and will take more of it! Maybe Winnetou notices this before Charley is aware of his own feelings? I'm not sure how much he'd actually say out loud, but maybe he'd be more free in his letters?
Pining for character while brushing their hair: I can totally see them ending up in a situation where Charley brushes/untangles Winnetou's hair while just being friends, and I bet Charley would pine so much!
Hair brushing: Charley brushing Winnetou's hair, either pre-relationship (like in the tag before) or in a relationship (with maybe Charley loving that he's allowed to do this now, or in combination with praising hair, or where Winnetou enjoying being on the receiving end?) Is this a daily ritual, maybe?
The Intimacy of Brushing/Braiding/Washing Another Person's Hair: Similar to the tag above.
Touching someone's hair while they're unconscious: Charley would be the obvious candidate for doing the touching; maybe guiltily because he doesn't feel he should, or caring for Winnetou's hair while Winnetou can't do it himself? But I can also imagine Winnetou doing the touching, fascinated by the contrast to his own hair or just generally longing for intimacy.
Injured Character - Needs help shaving: I honestly don't remember whether Winnetou shaves or is naturally smooth, so as far as I am concerned, this could go both ways. I imagine both would be quite good at it and they'd also be comfortable with the closeness. Unless maybe there's feelings to suppress? Anyway, I'm always up for developing feelings through this. :D
Keeping a Lock Of Hair As Romantic Reminder: I can totally see both of them doing this, either when they are already together or maybe even pre-relationship for some reason. (I mean, it's canon that Charley cuts a strand of his hair before they are friends, so who knows how long he keeps it and how he feels about it... :D)
Giving a haircut: Don't cut Winnetou's hair D: But Winnetou cutting Charley's hair is something I can easily see—be it because Charley can't do it himself at the moment or some other platonic reason, or because they are already in a relationship.
References
The books describe Winnetou's hair thus: "His rich, thick, blue-black hair was arranged on his head in a high, helmet-like style, and when he was in the saddle, it fell like a mane or a thick veil almost to the horse's back. No eagle feather adorned this Indian hairstyle." (All descriptions (German), and yes, Old Shatterhand does call his lips 'kissable'. He also loves to observe the wind in Winnetou's hair when they are riding around.) Of Old Shatterhand, we merely know he is tall and athletic and has blond, short hair.
Winnetou and Old Shatterhand in the old movies, in the new adaption, on a radio play cover, on a book cover, in a book (OS leftmost and W rightmost).
Any rating works for me, be it for sex, violence, language, or lack thereof. I'm here for the character interactions, and sex can be a great part of that, but isn't necessary for me.

Top/bottom preferences: As to what tab goes in which slot, I don't care at all. As to who's more assertive, I love a give and take between characters.
Random stuff that I like:
- hand jobs, frottage, intercrural, blow jobs, rimming, anal, fingering
- kissing
- exploring each other's bodies with hands and tongues
- acknowledging the messier aspects of sex, like spit, sweat, semen (though I do not like including other bodily fluids)
- sex that develops spontaneously, diving in and seeing where things take you, trying out stuff and figuring things out on the go
- imperfections and loving each other's imperfections
